I. GENERAL TERMS

✔️For the sake of better understanding, please describe your order in the most precise and detailed way possible, without any excessive information.
✔️Please provide detailed references. If possible, please provide references for pose, background, emotion and any other substantial information.
✔️Please be polite, as I will not be able to work with you otherwise.
✔️Please follow these TOS, as I will have to decline your commission otherwise.

II. PAYMENT

✔️Please provide full pre-payment of your commission before I start working on it.
✔️All payments should be in USD (Boosty) or EUR (Telegram donations and EasyLancer)
✔️I use Boosty, EasyLancer and Telegram donate as payment systems.


III. PROCESS AND CHANGES

✔️You can check the progress of your commission in this progress table: Gekko-Seishin progress table
✔️Work In Progress (WIP) is provided few steps of the work (rough sketch, clean sketch, line and flat, final art).
✔️ A ;rough sketch is the stage where I send you a few variations of the pose, angle and composition as a whole. You choose the one you like best, then I detail it and send it to you for confirmation.
✔️Any changes can be made only at the sketch stage of your commission. After the sketch, you only have access to 2 free non-big edits. Any changes at any further step must be discussed and are charged separately.
✔️The time of completion of our commission could be from several days to 2 months, depending on the complexity of your order, my life circumstances and other factors. I will notify you if your work is delayed due to some extraordinary events.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

✔️Unless the drawing is private or for commercial use, the artist (me) holds copyright to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
✔️I can use the copyrighted artwork for promotion, displaying at my portfolios, posting it anywhere I like and as sample artwork.
✔️The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use, post it anywhere they likes, ⚠️but only with a credit to the artist (me)⚠️, and claim the right of their character (s) (not the drawing itself).
✔️If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. Copyright infringement includes:
❌Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (you cannot use the artwork for personal income).
❌Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork (you cannot state you have drawn it youself).
❌Removing any watermarks/signatures.
❌Altering the artwork without discussing it with the artist (me).

✔️A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be additional 70% of original price.
✔️✔️With commercial rights you are allowed to use the artwork commercially (for merchandise or any other source of income — books, covers, etc.).
✔️✔️You can use it for self-promotion, change it in any way you like.
✔️✔️You must still provide reference to the artist (me).

✔️A Purchase of Private rights to the artwork will always be additional 50% of original price.
✔️✔️You hold the copyright to a Private artwork.
❌❌I will not use a Private commission in any way.
❌❌A Private artwork still cannot be used commercially.

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

✔️I have the right to cancel the commission before the payment was received.
✔️You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment is received.
✔️I can’t refund the money because this feature is not available on the platforms I use.
❌You do not have any right to cancel the commission or demand a refund from the artist (me) after the payment is received and if I have already started your commission.
